I love the Lee Smolin excerpt, I can wrap my head around it. The problem is it spawns so many other questions.
What becomes definite? Quanta?
In becoming definite does it cease to exist?
Is there a limited supply of this indefinite quanta?
Does definite ever become indefinite again?
