Let’s take this to it’s logical conclusion. This requires the “deep state" to encompass the entire world. Covid is not isolated to the US, it is global. Lockdowns in the UK and across Europe. Even Sweden, who initially denied Covid severity is relenting and admit they were wrong. According to you this must be a worldwide conspiracy. Thats nothing short of paranoia my friend.
